Business Development Manager

We are hiring Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leads and track potential clients in need of Odoo or similar ERP solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to explain the benefits of Odoo.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with your clientele.
  • Recognize customer needs and offer customized ERP solutions.
  • Prepare contracts, price agreements, and proposals.
  • Provide clients with ongoing support and help, resolving any difficulties or concerns.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals, or beyond.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Odoo features and upgrades.
  • Deliver regular reports and predictions to the sales manager.
  • Stay abreast of the latest features and updates in Odoo.
  • Furnish regular reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that clients have a smooth onboarding and implementation process.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3–4 years of sales experience in selling software solutions.
  • Experience with Odoo or equivalent ERP solutions is preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and cater to client’s business requirements.
