Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a talented ODOO/ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and align them with Odoo solutions, acting as a consultant and guide.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead complete system implementations and advanced configurations, overseeing development and testing phases.
  • Guide customers through the full delivery cycle, from software configuration to go-live, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide regular project updates to internal staff and clients, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Deliver on-site or online functional training sessions on Odoo.
  • Research and advise on new Odoo modules and apps.
  • Document business processes and requirements comprehensively, including written and visual representations.
  • Manage projects and track key documentation.

Skills and Qualification Required:

  • An ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience of implementation projects.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customer teams and create SRS/BRD documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English..
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Odoo ERP.
  • Fast learning ability and adaptability to execute tasks efficiently.
